In the old days, bosses used more obvious and brutal methods to stop workers from
unionizing. Today, employers are turning to more sophisticated ways of busting
unionization drives, using “diversity” language and tactics as a tool to keep workers
divided and conquered. Learn about the bosses’ new strategies and discuss how unions
can counter these cynical moves by building multi-racial solidarity.
